In this special session I practice regulating the nervous system and brain in various ways and we have safe space to share what we come across and get some input from me and each other . Connection is safety.
Meditation, breath work, body and brain exercises and neuropsychological knowledge sharing to calm the primal (fight/flight) brain.

Fix your roof when the sun is shining!
Prepare yourself with a toolbox for any moment will make you feel more equipped and in control of your body and brain.

You can join different sessions, each session you will learn and hear different stuff
