A 5 week series. This specialized strength training class is designed for postpartum individuals looking to safely and effectively rebuild their strength and confidence after childbirth. Drawing upon the evidence-based principles of the Girls Gone Strong Certified Postnatal Coaching (CPPC) methodology, this class focuses on a holistic approach to postpartum fitness. This class is suitable for individuals cleared for exercise by their healthcare provider, from 6 weeks postpartum through the first 18 months.
