� **MOVE**: Functional movement, yoga, and stretching to awaken your body
� **BREATHE**: Guided Wim Hof breathwork with instructor Dylan Hillier
� **FREEZE**: Cold plunge experience led by Dr. Nash (the brave and the bold!)

� Complete Connection office + Ames Fitness Center South yoga studio
� $20 per person
� About 1 hour total
� Only 20 spots available (first come, first serve!)
� Bring: Comfy movement clothes + swimsuit/cold plunge gear (we’ve got towels)
� Fuel up: Light breakfast beforehand
� All fitness levels welcome!
