Come Back to Center with a restorative day of intentional self-care at Amery Ale Works. Join Tracy Hovde, massage therapist and yoga instructor, and Inga Orth, Farmer and Former PBS Host, on Sunday, October 12, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., for a grounding retreat designed to bring you back to your center—one breath at a time.
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided inward through:
• Gentle yoga and guided meditation with Tracy, an experienced retreat facilitator and yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience, designed to help you re-ground and reconnect.
• A seasonal cooking demonstration with award-winning cheesemaker and Around the Farm Table co-creator and host, Inga Orth.
• A nourishing lunch made from fresh ingredients to support your inner and outer well-being.
• Creation of a Back to You Board, guided by Inga.
• Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative, guided meditation practice, to ground you into your center.
