Restorative Yoga & Sound Healing

Join us for a deeply nourishing morning of Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing at Highland Healing Arts. This 75-minute session is designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and bring you into a state of deep rest and inner harmony.

🧘‍♀️ Restorative Yoga, led by Tracy of Highland Healing Arts, uses gentle, supported postures to open the body and invite stillness.
🎶 Hannah of Awaken and Ascend will guide you into a meditative, healing space with her crystal singing bowls.
