By spaying or neutering pets, we are working together to create a healthier future by reducing overpopulation while promoting animal and public well-being.
Our program provides FREE spay/neuter surgery vouchers exclusively for residents of the San Jacinto Neighborhood Empowerment Zone, helping pets live healthier lives while keeping our community safer.

202 S Louisiana St, Amarillo, TX 79103 on June 21, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
First come, first served. While supplies last.
What to Bring:
Your dog or cat.
Proof of Residence: A utility bill or mail with your San Jacinto address will be accepted.
Proof of Current Vaccinations: If your pet is not up to date, we will provide vaccinations as needed during the event.
To receive a spay/neuter voucher:
Your pet must be fully vaccinated.
Your pet must be microchipped.
AMW will provide vaccines and microchips to pets in need free of charge before a voucher will be issued.
Voucher Limit– Each eligible residential address may receive up to four vouchers, in accordance with city ordinance, which allows a maximum of four pets per residence.
