By exploring their "DNA" – the essential recipes, precise proportions, and harmonious flavor profiles that define their character. By studying these foundational drinks, you will train your palate and mind to recognize the crucial element of balance in cocktail creation. The course begins by outlining the core components that constitute the genetic makeup of every cocktail.

This acquired sensory knowledge will then serve as a springboard for crafting innovative and delicious new drinks using a wide range of ingredients and stretching beyond the six to a world of invention.
