The Quiz Night is back—get ready to recruit a team of teenagers with attitude… or at least a crew with amazing anime and gaming knowledge.
The start of our amazing FOUR-DAY AVCON FESTIVAL kicks off on Thursday night, 3rd of July at the Royal Banquet Room, Adelaide Showground, from 6:00PM to 10:00PM.
The Quiz Night will live up to its MIGHTY name with the biggest event we've ever run - 12 rounds of anime, gaming and pop culture trivia, along with other fun games and activities to challenge and entertain. Full bar service and snack foods will be available all night (please note: no full meals).
Shin Tokyo, Adelaide's favourite anime and gaming retailer, is once again providing one of their legendary prize boxes—a super secret box packed with $2000 worth of value for the lucky team powerful enough to overcome all obstacles.
And we weren’t kidding in that opening line! The Power Quiz Night is FREE for anyone who has purchased ANY AVCon 2025 ticket (Saturday, Sunday, Weekend, or Gold Ranger Pass). Just bring your ticket—and even pick up your badge early! If you haven’t made that purchase yet, entry is $10 on the night.
You can register as a team of up to 10, come with fewer people or rock up solo and join a team on the night! But it is imperative that you pre-register in advance to secure your place. Seats are limited!
