Join us for the twelfth edition of Red Bubbles Club – an evening dedicated to the bold, quirky, and irresistibly festive world of sparkling red wines. This tasting is ideal for long-time lovers of the style and anyone curious to try something different.
We’ll be pouring four sparkling reds, including new and returning favourites, and we’re delighted to welcome Louise Hemsley-Smith from Battle of Bosworth Wines as our featured guest. She’ll be sharing her latest release, Little Island Fizz, alongside a selection of other standout bottles.
🫧 Event format:
6.15pm – 6.30pm: Welcome glass (a full pour of our “house” sparkling red)
6.45pm: Tasting 1
7.15pm: Tasting 2
7.45pm: Tasting 3
8.15pm: Tasting 4 + raffle prize draw
Guests are most welcome to arrive early for a drink at Septimus beforehand. Your host will be greeting guests at the door and introducing everyone to the winery rep throughout the evening. There’s no formal presentation — just plenty of flowing conversation, great wine, and printed tasting notes to guide your experience.
🍷 The Septimus bar will be open throughout the evening for additional purchases, including our full wine list and signature cheese and charcuterie boards, with gluten-free crackers available on request.
