09/13 Old World Beginner Event

A beginner event for players of Warhammer: Old World!

A three round event, where players will fight a new opponent each round.
Missions will be selected out of the core rulebook at the day of the event.
Army lists should use the standard army construction rules, at 2,000 points.
Armies do not need to be painted to play in the event. In order to be eligible for Best Painted, armies must be fully painted.
Doors open at 9:00am, Round 1 starts at 9:30. Rounds are 2 and a half hours long, with a half hour break for lunch after Round 1, and a short break between Round 2 and 3.
Prize support will be awarded to Best Opponent, voted by the players, Beginner's Luck, awarded to the highest scoring NEW player, and Best Painted. To qualify for a new player, you must have started playing Old World no earlier than March 1st of this year
