Summer Solstice Mini Yoga Classes

Join us for a 20-minute class with one of our 2025 yoga teacher trainers. This is a great way to support a friend or family member going through our yoga teacher program OR maybe just to try out yoga for the first time!

Attend one or a few! The classes will be very similar in sequence structure, with slight variations per teacher. Bring a mat or we have some to borrow.

Classes will be free but we will accept donations at the door, and all donations will go to the Give Back Yoga Foundation (GBY) and their "Yoga for All" fundraising campaign. At GBY, they know that yoga can change lives, but understand that not everyone has access to this transformative practice. Lack of funds, systemic inequities and racial barriers prevent many people from ever stepping foot in a yoga class. Over the past sixteen years, Give Back Yoga has supported and trained thousands of yoga teachers to bring yoga into unserved and marginalized communities! We appreciate even a few dollars to support their mission!
