Postnatal Reformer Pilates class

🌟 New postnatal Reformer Pilates class for local mums! 🌟

Specialised reformer sessions to help re-build and stabilise your core and pelvic floor.

A chance to retrain in a controlled and progressive way to ensure correct strengthening and prevent future injury, focusing on the key areas after pregnancy.

A relaxed atmosphere where baby noise is normal and feeding breaks are totally fine.

These sessions are suitable for 6 - 12 weeks postpartum depending on your delivery, please speak to your GP/Midwife at your 6 or 8 week check.
