Reformer Pilates Masterclass - Friday 27 June

Join us for a 90-minute Pilates Reformer Masterclass on Friday 27 June, designed to help you grow in confidence with more advanced movements.

We'll start with 45 minutes of focused partner work, where you'll break down and explore advanced exercises in a supportive, encouraging environment. With guidance and plenty of time to ask questions, you'll build the skills and understanding needed to safely and comfortably add these moves into your regular classes.

Then, put everything into practice with a flowing 45-minute Reformer Pilates class, incorporating what you’ve learned. We’ll finish with a celebratory glass of fizz—because progress deserves to be toasted!
