About the event

T'ai Chi Taster Session

T'ai Chi Chi Kung taster day, Saturday 5th July.

We will be running this taster day as a fund raiser in support of Fulford Social Hall (where we hold our weekly practice sessions).

There will be a single session from 10:30 until midday, tt will cost £10 per adult (£5 for under 18s) and all of the money raised will go to the social hall fund.

Places will be allocated via email bookings (contact ) and we are limited to 25 people due to space and the session is almost full.

Please share this with anyone you know who would like to try some Chi Kung exercise (it will be based on the 18 Form or Shi ba shi).
