On 3rd Fridays, We Make Art - 3rd Friday WeCo June = Zines!

You are invited to make art! June's 3rd Friday WeCo is Zine making time!

A "zine" is a small DIY magazine that can be about anything. People often make copies and give them out. Join co-hosts Amy Mummert (pick up Amy's free zines at Creatives on King) and Tiffani Spangler (who heads the zine library at The Grotto downtown) for a night of zine-making. We'll use 8x11 copy paper, rubber stamps, collage paper, magazines, maps, etc. We will also use glue, scissors, rules, markers, and colored pencils.

Bring your own materials or use ours (suggested donation of $5 helps cover supplies if you don't bring your own).

This event is best for adults or school-age children. Minors must be with parent/guardian 100% of the time. If you bring children, please remind them, no running and use indoor voices at all times.

The event room is 100% handicap accessible, and restrooms are on same level (no stairs). Enter from the door on the large lot behind the church - this is where the indoor ramp is located.
