This high-energy class delivers a full-body conditioning experience through nonstop intervals, athletic drills, and functional cardio work that’s scalable for all levels. You’ll rotate through bodyweight exercises, light resistance tools (like battle ropes, sliders, slam balls, and resistance bands), and agility-based movement patterns that challenge your heart, lungs, and muscles all at once.
Every session is different—but the mission stays the same: elevate your heart rate, build cardiovascular resilience, and sharpen your ability to move quickly and efficiently under fatigue. From fast-paced circuits to partner relays to timed endurance blocks, this class keeps you moving from the first whistle to the final cooldown.
Coaching cues focus on form, breathing, movement economy, and mindset—so you’re not just working harder, you’re working smarter. Whether you’re walking in as a weekend warrior or a seasoned athlete, our instructors provide options and modifications to ensure everyone can push their personal limits in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.
