About the event

Save the Trolleys! 6th Avenue Decision Day
Will it be the end of the trolley line, or a new beginning? On June 17, the Yakima City Council will decide the future of the historic trolley connection to Selah.

Join us at the trolley museum from 4-5 PM to rally support, connect with fellow citizens, and show city leaders just how important preserving the 6th Avenue line is to our community. Afterwards, we'll head to City Hall for the 5:30 PM council meeting.

We will update this event with more details soon! In the meantime, please share far and wide to all who may be interested.

We know this is early on a weekday for those who work, but we have no say in the timing of the City Council meeting. 😥
