Chicken Processing Class

Learn how to process chickens, start to finish!
This is a hands on experience. We will show you:
How we raise our chickens, a tour of the chicken tractors, how we rotate them
What we feed them
How to process (K*ll, clean, and package)
How to spatchcock a bird and cook it
Everyone will receive lunch, and one whole bird to take home, as well as the John Suscovich book showing you exactly how to make your own chicken tractor.
Rough estimate time is 9-3 or whenever we finish up.
Bring your work clothes and be ready to learn right along side us!
