There’s something powerful that happens when women come together — we feel seen, heard, supported, and uplifted. Sharing stories, laughter, and tears releases oxytocin (the love bonding hormone), thus calms the nervous system, and reminds us we’re not alone.

This circle is for women in their midlife who are navigating the changes of Perimenopause, Menopause and Post-menopause - not just to talk about the hard stuff, but to connect, reflect, and feel understood in the company of others who truly understand.

Each month we gather in a warm, welcoming space to explore a different seasonal theme. There’s space to share, be nourished by gentle practices, and simply soak in the presence of sisterhood.
