Wednesday morning open water swim

Cape Fear Tri open water swims are back! We meet at Soundside beach at Blockade Runner in Wrightsville Beach. Just park on the road (parking fees don't begin until 9 AM). Swim anywhere from 500 to 3000 yards! Appropriate for all levels. This is a SUP/kayak supported swim.
