Register your Child for ODA's Deaf/KODA Camp TODAY!
The Ohio Deaf Association (ODA) is excited to be hosting its first camp ever for Deaf and KODA kids ages 7-17. It will be the first time that this is being offered since 2019, and the first time with both Deaf and KODA kids together, so here are the details:
Camp Dates & Location:
The camp will be held July 17–20, 2025, at Camp Mary Orton in Columbus, Ohio, 43235. We’ll begin at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 17, and wrap up at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, July 20.
Special Event:
The Columbus Deaf Theatre will perform for the campers on Friday, July 18, at 7:00 p.m.
Camp Info:
Campers will stay on-site for three nights and four days. The camp is open to children ages 7–17 and welcomes both Deaf and KODA kids. We have many different activities planned for your kids, including ravine ziplining, rock climbing, and swimming.
We have trained staff at Camp Mary Orton who will be there every step of the way to ensure that all the kids are safe and have fun!
**Remember, if there are any activities that you do not want your child to participate in, please let us know!
