With over twenty years of experience in the property industry, Ian is both a seasoned Property Investor and a respected Property Investment Coach. He is also Co-Director of Providence Financial Limited, a property-focused tax and accountancy firm that supports hundreds of UK-based investors across the globe, including clients in Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, Singapore, and Europe.

His speciality lies in the strategic growth of property businesses, with particular expertise in tax-efficient structuring through the use of Limited Companies. From BRRR and buy-to-lets to serviced accommodation and commercial-to-residential developments, Ian coaches clients through every stage of building and scaling their property ventures.

His professional journey has taken him from creative design and academia to the corporate world and eventually to entrepreneurship. Having been made redundant three times, he chose to take control of his future, building a successful business that helps others do the same.
