As a school we cover a full curriculum of modern and traditional tai chi.Please do ask if you have any questions, Simon has been teaching locally for thirty years and loves helping people with their tai chi journey.Health concerns remain the participants responsibility, as an exercise class you will be on your feet and moving so wear appropriate clothing/flat shoes.
