Our Beverage Specialist and resident cocktail virtuoso, Max Davenport, will be shaking up an all-new lineup designed to surprise and delight. Each libation is thoughtfully paired to complement a dish from Chef Dmitry Elperin and Chef William Roberts, whose seasonal creations draw from the vibrant bounty of early summer.
Together, this trio has curated a bold, playful menu that celebrates creativity and precision — blending the warmth of our woodland setting with a touch of spirited adventure.
