Strawberry Full Moon Yoga at the Neabsco Creek Boardwalk

During this special event, we will explore the poses and practice of Yoga under the open sky, including a live acoustic guitar performance as you arrive and ending the practice with soothing mediation to live sound bowls!

The Strawberry Full Moon named for the wild strawberries that ripen in June, lights up the sky in a beautiful pink hue, as a powerful reminder that if you put in hard work for something your dreams can come true. The luminousness of this powerful full moon will highlight your path and help to guide you towards new growth and transformation.

Please bring a flashlight, yoga mat, water and a small blanket. Wear appropriate clothing for working out, outside at night.
*30-minute walk from the parking lot pavilion to the south deck of the boardwalk, please arrive early.
