Free Somatic Circle Evening ✨

Jo and I are running a beautiful 1-hour free somatic circle on May 13th at Entelechy Living, and we'd love for you to join us!

This is a gentle introduction to self-regulation and embodiment, allowing you to unplug, switch off, and recharge in a safe, nurturing environment, led by Jo Flynn (Somatic Therapist) and myself - Amy Stevens (Somatic Experiencing Coach). It’s a perfect space for those struggling with anxiety, chronic stress and brain fog to learn how to release the day’s stress and fatigue, restore energy and integrate insights for their work and personal lives.

We will end the evening with a short savasana accompanied by solo viola 🎻
