Chinese Calligraphy Workshop

Chinese calligraphy known as shūfǎ (书法) is both an art form and a deeply revered cultural tradition that has evolved over thousands of years. It is the practice of writing Chinese characters with brush and ink where the physical act of writing itself is considered a reflection of one's inner state.

In this workshop you will learn a bit about the history of Chinese calligraphy then move on to the Four Treasures of the Study (essential tools for calligraphy). Afterwards you will have fun by tracing the characters with the beautiful china and tools. Your calligraphy work and a nice cultural gift will be taken home as a reminder of this cultural experience.
