The session is 90mins, consisting of:
* 5 minutes Welcoming/Grounding/Settling in
* 25 minutes yoga nidra (guided meditation)
* 60 minutes sound bath (using gongs, singing bowls, drums, sound therapy bells etc).
Followed by a grounding snack.
A really calming session.
Places are limited to just 10.
