Introduction to White and Red Wines

Learn how to read a wine label and the meaning of vintage, varietal, new world, and old-world wines. Wine tasting along with the appropriate cheese pairing will be three white wines, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Grigio, and two red wines, Zinfandel, and Merlot.
