Untamed – Movement and sound meditation

Come…get out of your head and into your body. Band together to heal, connect, and liberate in community. Dare to go deeper into your aliveness. Unwind, unburden, and shake off the residue to uncover your true essence.

In this guided movement meditation, you’ll be led through various embodied states. This meditation works best if you are willing and able to stretch past a “socially acceptable” 😉 level of expression. We will be “trying on” different emotions including anger, jealousy, joy, etc. Meditations like this are intentionally activating as they help us move stuck energy through the vessel of our bodies. It may be a little outside of your comfort zone, but that’s its beauty! Come courageous and ready to embody your full range! We liberate each other together, as one!
