Japanese Noodles Cooking Class

Curious about somen, udon or soba noodles and what makes them so popular? In this class we will be cooking, sampling and comparing three different types of Japanese noodles. You will learn the differences between them, what dishes they are most often used in and taste their unique flavors and textures in this class with Akebono.

Saturday, September 13
10:30 am – 12:30 pm

$15 per person. Akebono is from Japan and is volunteering to teach this class. The fee covers the cost of ingredients.

Space is limited to 20 participants, so please RSVP early by calling the shop or asking for assistance at the customer service desk.
