J.S. Bach’s Long Walk in the Snow

WMC can't wait to present Tom and Friends in a performance of J.S. Bach's Long Walk in the Snow, May 30 at 7:30 pm, Eckhardt-Gramatté Hall, University of Winnipeg. 🎶❄️

Allen blends storytelling, history, and music in a delightful chamber musical that takes us on the incredible but true story of the 18-year-old Bach’s 400 kilometre walk to hear organist Dietrich Buxtehude.

You don't need to be a classical music lover or a Bach expert to enjoy this theatrical look at the story of this pilgrimage. It's for all ages, and kids love it!
