(Accountability, Compliance & Results-Based Management Aligned with Public Sector, World Bank, AfDB & UN Standards)
DATE: 29 September to 03 October 2025
VENUE: Hilton Hotel I WINDHOEK
TIME: 09:00 to 16:00
DURATION: 5 Days
COURSE OVERVIEW
This programme equips public sector officials, donor project managers, and development practitioners with the tools, frameworks, and standards to design, implement, and oversee effective monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems. Unlike traditional activity tracking, Results-Based Monitoring and Evaluation (RBM&E) emphasizes outcomes, impact, and accountability, aligning resources with measurable results.
Participants will gain practical skills in building logical frameworks, defining indicators, tracking performance, and reporting against compliance requirements from global institutions such as the World Bank, African Development Bank (AfDB), and the United Nations. The training also explores regional challenges in Africa — including resource constraints, stakeholder management, and governance pressures — while ensuring alignment with international donor expectations.
