Field Notes 🐴🧘‍♀️🎨 A Half-Day Retreat of Yoga, Horses, + Art

Slow down. Breathe deep. Take note.

Join us at the MSSPA for Field Notes — a joyful, soul-nourishing half-day retreat blending yoga, horse connection, and creative expression.

We’ll begin with a gentle, all-levels yoga class in the field near the rescued horses, followed by a light, seasonal picnic lunch and time to relax or explore the farm. The retreat wraps with a plein air watercolor painting session led by artist Jude Valentine — no art experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to play.

We'll open and close the day with simple reflections to help you settle in and carry the retreat energy with you.
