As a Clinical Social Worker, with a Master’s in Social Work from The Catholic University of America, Pam has devoted her career to helping children and families thrive. For over 30 years, she has worked as a family therapist, specializing in supporting families with very young children. In 2010, she established Thrive Under 5 LLC, an independent therapy practice dedicated to helping parents and children develop strong, supportive, and nurturing relationships.
