About the event

Restorative Rest & Magnesium
"Restorative Rest" a process to actively restore depleted energy in the body, mind and overall emotional well-being. Allows you to recharge and feel refreshed. The act of resting, being still to restore your rest and promote healing. A period of time of doing less to replenish.

Learn about the use of magnesium for relaxation, good rest and sleep. Complimentary magnesium spray. Join in a very slow gentle relaxation practice with breath and progressive relaxation techniques.
Bring your own mat if you choose. Please bring a pillow and your own blanket. Limited Space for 6, so you must register. If you need a mat-- let me know when registering.
