Held in a serene private estate in the heart of the Sacramento countryside. Surrounded by rolling hills, blooming gardens, and the gentle sounds of a koi pond waterfall. This workshop offers a peaceful escape designed to awaken your senses, and nourish your soul

Throughout this immersive experience, you will:

• Move through mindful yoga sessions that connect breath with movement to awaken the body and open energy channels.
• Meditate in guided sessions that bring you into a state of calm presence and clarity.
• Experience the healing vibrations of sound baths using instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes to release tension and restore harmony.
• Connect with others in heartfelt group discussions, exploring themes of identity, purpose, and personal growth.
• Reflect on your inner journey and gain tools to integrate self-awareness into everyday life.
• Outdoor activities include silent walking meditation in a beautiful landscape garden filled with trees and plants, a pond filled with koi and a the sound of a beautiful waterfall, and a vegetable garden all waiting to be explored
• Nourish yourself with a delicious, wholesome vegetarian lunch prepared with love and intention.

This workshop is open to all levels—no prior experience in yoga or meditation is needed. Come as you are, and leave feeling more grounded, centered, and connected to your true self.

Info: This is an interactive workshop. We keep the group small, 6 people or less. Focused on relaxation, self realization and a beautiful place to enjoy and let go for a day.
