June Community Yoga

Join us for Community Yoga, a welcoming, all-levels class led by rotating instructors, designed to help you move, breathe, and connect with others. This monthly series is rooted in community care, flued-networking, and wellness, with each session highlighting a local partner.

For June, we’re proud to feature Unified Creative Exchange (UCE) as our Community Partner — a Black-owned creative arts management agency + gallery  uplifting individuals, artists, and communities through creative empowerment, education, and advocacy.

All instructional materials + yoga mats complimentary of Hedera Yoga Studio

Details:

• Pre-registration is required — no walk-ins ($10 donation encouraged)
  
• Space is limited to maintain an intimate and comfortable setting
  
• Donations are encouraged and can be made via online registration
  
• Bring a water bottle and an open heart to move and connect

All proceeds go toward supporting accessible wellness programs and promoting the mission of yoga for all.
