Crystal Healing: Earth Star and Soul Star

Drop-ins welcome!
This workshop will be a guided, explorative and introspective journey to support the healing and balancing of the body’s energy system. We will delve into and focus on the chakras through pranayama, asana and meditation. Each student will intuitively select two healing crystals per session that will be used; both yours to keep as part of your crystal collection for continued at home practice! We will end with extended restorative prone positions and traditional savasanas including chakra focused crystal healing energy work for each participant.
