Julie Davis, of Conscious Intentions, will guide the group as she facilitates an immersive sound experience at Emerald Cove Wellness in Willow Street PA. Featuring metal and crystal bowls, titanium gong, soothing chimes, drums, and more.
Bring what you will need for your comfort, such as a yoga mat or chair, pillow, blanket, a bottle of water, and consider an eye mask to enhance your relaxation experience if you feel called to. The space for the meditation will have some floor availibility and some couch/chair availability.
