Please join the Yoga Nest's Wandering Yogi, MJ Knepper, for a gentle relaxing Yoga Nidra Class 80 feet under the ground at
Black-Coffey Caverns, 6242 Warm Spring Road, Greencastle, PA 17225.
We will ground into the cool clay and listen to the echo of the spoken word during a sacred practice in a magical place.
Participants should arrive at the cavern at 6:00 PM for registration and preparation for the journey into the cave.
The 1 hour yoga class will begin promptly at 6:30 PM.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING DETAILS SO YOU ARE PREPARED FOR CLASS:
As the temperature in the cave is cool, even in the warm summer months, please dress warmly in layers, wear sturdy shoes for the hike into the cave, socks, and a hat; please bring a blanket, a bottle of water and a YOGA MAT.
Tarps will be placed on the ground to help keep you clean and dry, but you may get a little muddy as you participate in the serene grounding experience in this magnificent cave.
Class is limited to 10 individuals each session and the cost of $20.00 will be split with the instructor and the cavern.
All registrations must be completed and paid for in advance; there are no walk-in registrations available.
