Please join the Yoga Nest's Wandering Yogi, MJ Knepper for a slow flow full moon rising yoga practice; come slow down, refresh, rejuvenate and let go of tension and stress.
This class consisting of slow flow asanas and meditation practicing around a roaring fire will allow for an alignment with the lunar energy to become more grounded and fulfilled.
Class will be held outside on the lawn at 135 Warm Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202.
All classes will be held WEATHER PERMITTING. A weather call will be made by 1200 noon the day of each class.
Participants should arrive at 6:45 PM for registration and preparation.
The 1 hour yoga class will begin promptly at 7:00 PM

Please bring a blanket, a bottle of water and a YOGA MAT and dress according to the weather. You may also want to bring a note book and something to write with.
Class is limited to 10 individuals each session and the cost is $15.00 and will be shared with the homeowner.
All registrations must be completed and paid for in advance; walk-in registrations may be available.
