Whitley county title only not state fair BABY MISS/YOUNG MISS/ MR/ MISS Modern teen Special Angels OPEN AGE DIVISION: Girls/Boys 0-12, 13-23 Months, 2-3YRS, 4-5 YRS, 6-7 Girls 8-9 Girls 10-12 Girls 13-15 are Whitley titles only Special angles 14-up, Boys 0-2, 3-6 7-up Boys the above age groups are open to any state and will not go to KY state Fair but will hold a county title All winner from pageant one will advance to Kentucky State festival pageant in Nov The deadline for the pageant will be on July 4, LATE FEE OF $10 AFTER DEADLINE no exceptions. Poor sportsmanship will not be accepted, please remember each and every one of you are winner! Pageants are for building self-esteem. Pageant #1 Contestants are judged on beauty, and personality 0-4 year’s 5-7 girls and up only county title contestants will advance also to Kentucky State Festivals

The 2025 Miss and Mrs./Ms Whitley County Fair pageant OPEN to the State of KENTUCKY

Miss Whitley County Fair and Miss Whitley will be award a scholarship From the University of the Cumberland’s
Three areas of competition: interview, swimsuit, and evening gown.
• Swimsuits must be one-piece.
• Evening gown must be floor-length, no cocktail or high-low dresses will be accepted.
• Interview (interview will be before pageant, see details below).
• On-stage introduction in swimwear, everyone will be required to state their first and last name before their individual swimwear competition.
For Mrs/Ms Whitley County Fair
Three areas of competition: interview, Cocktail, and evening gown.
• On-stage introduction Attire for Opening/Personal Introduction will be Cocktail attire - may be dress, pantsuit, jumpsuit, top and slacks. Shoes of choice. On state introductions will be during Cocktail attire.
• Attire for Evening Gown segment of competition. Gown of choice with no low cuts (must be modest) and slit no higher than mid-thigh. Shoes of choice.
• Interview (interview will be before pageant, see details below).
*Contestants must arrive at Williamsburg civic center by 2:00 p.m. Contestants will draw their numbers upon arrival. We will start interviews at 2:30 p.m. on the day of the pageant, with the remainder of the pageant starting at 6:30 p.m. There will be access to the dressing room for everyone to get ready for competition. We will not be providing any hair and/or makeup; contestant is responsible to be providing their own.
*Judges will be available after the pageant for any questions. If chosen, the winner agrees to compete at the Miss, Mrs./Ms Kentucky County Fair pageant in January 2026 in Louisville, Kentucky. ***If the winner cannot fulfill her duties, ( attend fair events also judging old fashion days pageant.) including the pageant, the title will go to the runner-up, who will then also compete for in her place.
* The Local Miss Whitley Title also for local a winner (please note this will be a new title added to the Miss Whitley County Fair. The local Winner must be from Whitley County one lucky young lady locally will be crowned before the Miss Whitley County Fair Queen.
Miss, Mrs/Ms Whitley County Fair Queens only (not Local Winner) contestant must send in a completed state application and emailed birth certificate to the Kentucky Association of Fairs and Horse Shows within 10 days of July 13, 2025. Pageant directors, workers, or anyone associated with the Whitley County Fair pageant will not be held responsible for stolen or lost merchandise nor will the facility be responsible. All judges’ decisions are final. Any poor sportsmanship on the behalf of the contestant, their family members or quests disqualified the contestant and result in immediate dismissal from premises and competition, with no refund. I relinquish all rights to file claims against pageant, staff, and facility.
