Health Wellness Club Tour and Demo at The Stretch Zone

This club tour will be led by the Stretch Zone’s Nick Pumroy, who will offer a brief talk, a guided walk-through of the facility, and a live demonstration of a typical assisted stretching session. No RSVP is required—simply come, and feel free to bring a friend.

The entire visit will take less than one hour.

Our Club Tour Leader, Dan O’Connell, will meet you on site.

Our club tries to expose our members to all kinds of healthy practices, and stretching definitely fits into an ideal wellness program. Too many people carry the weight of tension without knowing where to turn, but witnessing the benefits of assisted stretching can give you an idea of where to turn when you feel tight, or even just give you a few good ideas of what you can do yourself at home.

If you haven't been exposed to assisted stretching before, you should see it!
