Refund Policy – Sneakerball “Sleigh the Season” Fundraiser
Event Date: Saturday, December 6, 2025
All ticket sales for the Sneakerball “Sleigh the Season” Fundraiser are final and non-refundable, as proceeds directly support our community programs and initiatives. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest by notifying us of their name by December 1, 2025. The event will be held rain or shine, and refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond our control.
In the unlikely event that the organizers cancel the fundraiser, ticket holders will be given the option of a refund or the opportunity to contribute their purchase as a donation to our mission. Guests who cannot attend may also request that their ticket be converted into a donation, and a donation acknowledgment letter can be provided upon request. Thank you for your generosity and support in helping us make this event a success!
