GENTLE FLOW

Welcome to Gentle Flow with Pina, a class all about savoring the present moment while tuning into yourself. Throughout class we will find our flow through gentle yoga postures, and then settle into deep stretches that allow you to open up the body and practice mindfulness. Want an added bonus? While in these longer poses, you’ll be able to receive hands-on Reiki: an energy healing modality that helps you feel more at ease, connected, and balanced. Come join Pina in starting your morning off right!

Who is this class for? Everyone! 1st timers, beginners, and advanced yogis are welcome.
What should I bring? Please bring your yoga mat and a water. We will provide the rest.
Cost? $15 via Cash or Venmo. Please pay your instructor directly.
Is registration required? No. Come as you are.
