SUNSET SURRENDER

Welcome to Sunset Surrender, where we embrace a slow-paced, Restorative Yoga practice. Restorative Yoga is designed to rejuvenate our muscles and tissues while soothing our minds. Under the guidance of the wonderful Sandy Houseman, you’ll find a safe and inclusive space where every bit of tension can simply melt away. Here, we focus on postures held for extended periods, supported by a variety of props like bolsters, blankets, and straps. This allows you to fully experience grounding and centeredness without any standing postures. Join us for a blissful journey of relaxation and restoration, and let’s surrender to the calm together!

Who is this class for? Everyone! 1st timers, beginners, and advanced yogis are welcome.
What should I bring? Please bring your yoga mat and a water. We will provide the rest.
Cost? $15 via Cash or Venmo. Please pay your instructor directly.
Is registration required? No. Come as you are.
