As part of Stress Awareness Month, join us for a relaxing walk into the lower Haigh Plantations and enjoy the sights and sounds of the season.

📍 Meet at Armed Forces Community HQ CIC, Molyneux House, Scholes Lane, Wigan, WN1 3SE
🥾 Walking shoes or other stout footwear is advisable as parts of the walk may be muddy / wet
📸 Binoculars and cameras recommended for nature spotting!
🍵 Join us for refreshments at the NAAFI Café (Molyneux House) at the end of the walk (optional)
