BWWW: A Deeper Look at Pennington Flash

Join us at the 2025 Big Wigan Walk Week! 🚶

Enjoy a three-mile guided walk around Leigh’s Pennington Flash, part of the only National Nature Reserve (NNR) in the whole of Greater Manchester ‘The Flashes of Wigan and Leigh’.

Bring your binoculars for some wildlife spotting, or simply stroll and savour the sights and sounds of spring.

A shorter walk is also available at 10am.

📍Meet at The Hide Coffee House, Pennington Flash, St Helens Road, Leigh, WN7 3PA
🥾 Please wear suitable footwear and make sure to dress for the weather
