Join us for a one-day retreat in one of Ireland’s most breathtaking landscapes — the perfect way to mark the end of summer.
Set in the wild beauty of Wicklow, this slow, soul-nourishing day begins with a gentle forest hike through native woodlands. You’ll be guided through forest bathing and mindfulness practices that help you slow down, tune in, and reconnect with nature.
After the walk, we’ll unwind in a private riverside sauna by the Avonmore River in Glendalough — with time for optional cold dips and a serene tea ceremony to close the day.
